Mark came on board with Cadantis in May 2021, bringing with him 15 years of experience within the water industry having been heavily involved with policy, charging and tariffs at Severn Trent Water. He spent time in multiple roles over the 15 years, and developed a keen eye to detail as well as a unique understanding of what it means to provide customer service and satisfaction. Mark prides himself on carrying out a thorough analysis of clients’ accounts and highlighting inconsistencies in tariffs and charging from retailers/wholesalers, and is determined to hold retailers to account when it comes to their agreed timescales on processing appeals launched by Cadantis.
